The Main Street Four-Point Approach® - Committees
The Main Street Four-Point Approach® requires that the Main Street organization create four committees to implement and oversee each of the four points. This list outlines the duties of each committee. During work planning sessions, activities and projects are determined by each Main Street program based on the unique characteristics of the community. Committees should bring their work plans to the Board of Directors for approval. Subcommittees can be formed under each of the four points.
